Well, it's been quite a ride.

The last year I've changed my job and started working on Holo AI. We took it from 0 to 7M ARR.

I moved in with my girlfriend.

I picked up sports again to a relatively decent level (for me) and there probably hasn't been a week I didn't do anything.

I ran half a marathon.

I've spent almost 2 months in NYC.

I've learnt to snowboard quite a bit.

And I probably forgot a lot of things too.

At the same time, I've really lost interest in meeting new people. I did meet a lot of new people. But just the idea of going out there to meet new people has been quite forgotten for me.

I doom scrolled A LOT. There were days when I spent 2-3h on IG/TikTok/Twitter easily.

I did have a lot of negative thoughts that were not doing me any good.

There were a lot of times when I did the lazy thing instead of the right thing. I'm pretty sure I've eaten too much chips and junk food.

Birthdays to me feel a bit like New Year's. In a way it is — it's a fresh start.

But I will just try to reinforce my good habits and suppress bad ones.

  1. Keep a good sports routine. I just need to keep doing: 2x kickboxing, 1x strength and mobility (gym), 1x conditioning (gym)
  2. Start reading more often. More like everyday. Also, substitute doom scrolling with it.
  3. Eat less SHIT. I can probably "afford" junk food like once a week. Otherwise, the more simple food the better.
  4. Be more positive on the future.
  5. + some secret goals I'm not going to write here lol

I'm excited for the next year.
